Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

    • Oversight and guidance of junior staff performing Zoning Reviews of municipal zoning, land development ordinances, and utility service research
    • Guidance of junior staff performing Site Investigation and Due Diligence Investigations
    • Review, coordination and approval of staff performing Concept Drawings based upon client’s development objectives and conclusions of due diligence.
    • Review and approval of staff performing the design of Stormwater Management & Stormwater Conveyance Systems.
    • Review and approval of staff performing grading design with Civil 3D to ensure value engineering is achieved through earthwork analysis and site safety
    • Ensure compliance of Utility Systems, including stormwater conveyance, sanitary sewer service, water, gas, telephone service, etc. being performed junior staff
    • Guidance, review and approval of staff performing Soil Erosion & Sediment Control design, calculations, Best Management Practices, and construction sequencing
    • Review and approval of staff performing site work Construction Cost Estimates
    • Project Team Coordination and Leadership with Clients, Project Counsel, jurisdictions, utilities, contractors, and other project team members
    • Preparation of Written Correspondence with outside agencies, Client, and Project Counsel.  Also includes review and approval of technical reports written by staff
    • Attendance to and making public plan presentations and client management
    • Write fee proposals for new project work
    • Management of staff/project workload assignments and budgets, invoicing, payment follow-up, and other financial project tracking
    • Participation in Senior Management Company planning meetings
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
    • PE Required
    • 15 – 20+ years of land development site design, permitting experience, including management of projects, staff, and/or workload
    • Experience managing the design of residential subdivisions and other commercial, manufacturing and/or office types of development sites with limited/no supervision and the ability to compile a full set of civil site plan documents for issuance
    • Must have the ability to understand and implement jurisdictional requirements in the design of retail and commercial projects, including knowledge of the PA Municipal Planning Process
    • Knowledge of stormwater management design regulations should include County, State and governing municipality
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Past Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required, including proposed surface modeling using grading tools and corridors, Hydraflow and/or HydraCAD
    • Self-starter who can work independently and with team members
    • Strong organizational skills
    • A proven track record in Project Management and Business Development/Marketing experience is a plus
    • Client contacts are a plus

Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

    • Zoning Reviews of municipal zoning, land development ordinances, and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property
    • Site Investigation & Due Diligence, including utility service research, and site visits to establish comprehensive development guidelines
    • Preparation of Concept Drawings based upon client’s development objectives and conclusions of due diligence. Involves preparation of concept plan, including coordination with AutoCAD drafters
    • Design of Stormwater Management & Stormwater Conveyance Systems, including preparation of pipe sizing calculations, drainage area maps, surface runoff coefficients, invert, slope, velocity & hydraulic grade line evaluation
    • Grading Design with Civil 3D to ensure value engineering is achieved through earthwork analysis, and site safety is accomplished
    • Design of Utility Systems, including stormwater conveyance, sanitary sewer service, water, gas, telephone service, etc.
    • Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Design, including calculations, Best Management Practices and construction sequencing
    • Preparation of Construction Cost Estimates based upon site plan drawings as required for bonding and client purposes
    • Project Coordination, including conferring with Client and Counsel, Project Team and affiliates for the purpose of preparing a comprehensive site plan application
    • Preparation of Written Correspondence with outside agencies, Client, counsel, contractor, etc.  Also includes preparation of technical reports and narratives
    • Attendance to and making public plan presentations and client management
    • Support Senior Management with budgeting and invoicing process
    • Other duties as assigned

Senior Wireless Telecommunications Project Manager

    • 8-15 years of experience in design, permitting, construction document preparation and management of multi-disciplined staff for the wireless telecommunications industry
    • Core management duties involve overseeing project budget, schedule, manpower, client satisfaction, participation on project conference calls, and quality control of cell site design, layout of antennas, coax, and equipment
    • Must be knowledgeable of current industry standards; IE: LTE / AWS / WCS upgrades, ETTCS (fiber to site), UMTS upgrades, etc…
    • B.S.E. in Civil, Electrical, or Structural Engineering preferred, but not required
    • P.E. registration not required, but a plus
    • Position requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple clients
    • Must be an strong communicator (verbally and in writing)
    • A proven track record in project management and business development/marketing experience is a plus
    • Client contacts are a plus

Land Development Civil 3D Designer / Engineer, P.E. or E.I.T.

    • Full (or Part Time) with at least 2 years experience
    • Civil Engineering Degree required. EIT, or PE.
    • Core Duties involve site design, grading plans, E&S and NPDES Permitting, stormwater management, zoning ordinance review, and utility coordination
    • MUST know AutoCAD and Civil 3D, most current version preferred
    • CADD test will be conducted as part of interview process, along with work samples, resume, and references
    • Must be a strong communicator (verbally and in writing)

Telecomm (Cell Site) CADD Designer

    • At least 5 years of experience drawing cell sites preferred
    • Core Duties involve cell site design, layout of antennas, coax, and equipment platforms, LTE upgrades, fiber extension layouts, UMTS upgrades, site audit diagrams, and as-builts
    • MUST know AutoCAD, most current version preferred
    • CADD test will be conducted as part of interview process
    • Must be a strong communicator (verbally and in writing)
